One of the key elements here is the new InfinityXross system, which expands the drive gear tooth horizontally. This more efficiently disperses the load between the drive gear and pinion gear. Also, the InfinityXross system maximizes gear durability by distributing contact points over a larger surface area, while the sturdy, lightweight magnesium HAGANE Body and a cold-forged HAGANE Gear ensure performance and dependability.
HOW DO I USE IT?
The Stella FK’s Infinity Drive System uses a low-friction bushing that significantly decreases frictional resistance for smoother and more powerful winding, while Shimano’s proprietary main shaft surface treatment and advanced processing reduce rotational torque to keep the reel winding even under heavy loads. Other features include Shimano’s new DuraCross drag system for consistently stopping long runs; MicroModule II gear tooth refinements and SilentDrive system for smooth, quiet reeling; and water resistance through Shimano’s X-Protect system and shielded S A-RB bearings.
